Operations Manager (Ref: CSEII/DEs/OM/RE)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective operations of subvented day care centers and Community Care Service Voucher Units
• Coordinate and develop new services to satisfy the changing needs of service users and caregivers

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Nursing/PT/OT/Social Work with at least 5 years management experience in elderly care service
• Good knowledge in social care services and health management
• Good team-building techniques and interpersonal skills
• Qualities of flexibility and adaptability to meet changes and challenges in the society
• Mature, compassionate, self-motivated, with can-do manner and servant leadership
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
