Job Description
- Handling office tasks, such as create accounts for individual customers in company database system
- Provide timely response to customer general Incoming enquiries, such as status of receipts and information update and retention via chat, phone and email
- Handling managerial and clerical details, including incoming and outcoming faxes
- Researched client history in database system
- Provide constructive feedback for the customer and anticipate the needs in order to ensure positive experience
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Requirements
- DSE / HKCEE or above, with Customer service experience preferable
- Native in Cantonese, Good Command of in English (oral) and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge, especially typing (Chinese Word Processing)
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
