Overseas Marketing Development Specialist

Your Role:

-Outbound Communication: Making outbound calls to potential suppliers in the USA during their business hours, which often align with night or midnight in Hong Kong.

-Supplier Discovery: Actively exploring and identifying new suppliers to meet our plastic recycling needs.

-Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential suppliers, requiring excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with others.

-Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to devise and implement strategies for effective supplier engagement.

-Record Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive calling records and logs, which are essential for tracking and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

-Language Skills: Fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication abilities.

-Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with suppliers and internal teams.

-Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

-Flexible Hours: The ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US time zones is essential.

-Additional Advantages: Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available and can commit to at least 3 days per week.
