Part-time Clerk 兼職文員

• $100-120/小時
• On-the-job Training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Support the Administration Department and Sales Department for general clerical works;
• Maintaining sales and project-related records, preparing reports as requested;
• Assist the Sales Team in sales & marketing coordination works, and organizing marketing events/seminars;
• Support in new orders placement and answering customers enquiries;
• Preparing quotations, sales contracts and invoices;
• Provide support in updating project files;
• Supporting an effective implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) operations (i.e. ISO) in the company; and
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required and perform any other duties as requested by the company at any time and from time to time.
• Working hours at least 24 hours per week: Monday - Friday (9:00-18:00)   
• Hourly rate: HK$100-120

Qualification & Requirements:

• With tertiary education qualification preferred, undergraduate or fresh graduates in any discipline are welcomed
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel (a must), with knowledge in Autocad or other technical drawing software is advantage
• Good command of Chinese and English (both reading and writing)
• Reliable, attentive to details and willing to learn
• With good communication skills and proactive
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Working Location: Sai Ying Pun
