Part-Time HR Talent Acquisition/Digital Content Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

Corporate Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our corporate brand image across various platforms.

Social Media Management: Oversee corporate social media channels, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.

Benchmarking: Conduct market research to assess our brand positioning and identify best practices in the industry.

Channel Selection: Evaluate and recommend social media channels that align with our branding goals.

Agency Negotiations: Liaise with external agencies for branding and social media campaigns, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR, corporate branding, or social media management.

Strong analytical skills for benchmarking and strategy development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
