Appointment period: 12 months starting from November 2024, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance

Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of research duties, including but not limited to data collection, data analysis, literature review, document preparation.
• Other project-related tasks and administrative duties.

Requirements:

Applicants should possess: 

• Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree in management or a related field;
• Preferably have research experience in organizational behavior and/or industrial and organizational psychology.
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have a self-motivated attitude and good time-management skills.
