Responsibilities :

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Handle all business correspondences, travel arrangement and expenses claim for management
  • Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management etc
  • Assist in organizing and implementing business development projects as well as monitoring their progress
  • Able to prepare, consolidate and co-ordinate business summaries, reports and presentation materials for management review
  • Assist in the preparation of various activities
  • Collect and analyze information and handle follow-up action procedures as instructed
  • Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organize daily schedules and travel arrangement
  • Willing to handle multi-tasks and ad hoc assignment is required

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people of different levels and background
  • Proactive and detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Be discreet when dealing with confidential information
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
