Printed circuit board ("PCB") Course Tutor

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in the form of courses or workshops based on Semtron PCB coursematerials (Demo videos and slides)
• Provide necessary guidance and assistance to students in order to their product, which usuallyare their unique PCB designs and hardware prototypes
• Attend and study all the provided virtual and physical training material before thecommencement of the course
• Arrive school on time, 15 minutes before the course

Language: Cantonese; English; Putonghua

Requirement:

• Solid foundation in electronic and hardware knowledge is not mandatory but highlypreferable, in order to deliver high quality courses.
• The preferable electronic and hardware knowledge include:
• Able to perform simple electronic circuit prototyping, testing and debugging using MCUdevelopment board, resistor, LEDs and common sensors on breadboard
• Able to perform electronic circuit testing and debugging correctly and efficiently, byusing tools like multimeters, oscilloscope, power supply, etc.
• Experienced with Schematic design and PCB layout design using CAD software likeEasyEDA, KiCAD, Altium Designer, etc.
• Able to perform soldering with correct tools and methodologies, such as the use ofsoldering iron, heat plate, rework hot gun, etc.
• Able to correctly apply hardware components and tools to build prototypes, such asdifferent types of screws, nuts, aluminium extrusions, and the use of calipers, hex key,screwdriver
• Experienced with MCU programming, such as the use of C++ in Arduino, micropython,etc.
• Experienced with hardware prototyping with 3D design software such as AutodeskFusion 360, etc.
• Able to deliver and explain the abovementioned knowledge in a clear and precise flow
• Demonstrate good classroom management skills

A written quiz will be provided before the interview, which will let us to have a better understanding aboutyour corresponding knowledge and skills in the abovementioned list
