  • Responsibilities

    • Handle all aspect of procurement & logistics related document preparation.
    • Data entry, follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction for delivery issues & logistics administration.
    • Coordinate with differenct parties, work closely with cross function tams to achieve smooth operaton process. 
    • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

     

    Requirements

    • HKDSE or above.
    • Experience in Procurement is an advantage.
    • Kowledge in ERP system & import/export procedures is an advantage.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua.
    • Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing.
    • Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered.
    • Immediate available is preferred.
