Procurement Officer

What you are in charge of:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and enhance cost efficiency
• Proactively monitor project budgets and subcontractor work
• Analyze costs related to subcontractor work and variation orders (VO) to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
• Actively negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms for the Company
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to support procurement objectives

What you offer:

• At least 3 years’ relevant procurement experience
• Can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, sourcing, planning and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Construction site / project experience would be an advantage
• Bachelor degree holder in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or equivalent is preferred.
