What You'll Do:

• Launch new product data and refine product pirctures
• Manage product catalog and product data must be accurate
• Follow up with vendor sourcing, pricing, order placing/ delivery arrangement
• Deal with clerical duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
• 更新網頁的產品資料和美化產品圖片
• 管理產品目錄, 對產品數據要精準
• 負責跟進訂單，如落單、安排產品運送接收
• 協助主管處理日常工作和與其他部門合作

What You Have:

• Completed DSE or above
• Beauty products knowledge would be a plus
• Design background will be great
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Word, Paint)
• Chinese & English word processing is a must
• Communicate effectively with China suppliers/ manufactories
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, able to handle multi-tasks
• Able to work independent as well as a good team player
• 完成高級文憑課程
• 能讀寫流利英語, 普通話及粵語
• 精於電腦應用(MS Excel Word, Paint中英文文書處理)
• 對美妝電子商務或網上銷售有興趣
• 有美術設計修圖會更佳
• 對產品數據要精準
• 有團隊精神和良好溝通技巧
• 謹慎、勤力、能同時處理多項工作
