Act as a product expert working closely with Risk Management, Operations, and IT teams to work on an end-to-end project to fully revamp our trading platform/product in the fund portfolio migration and/or financial projects. You will lead the development and execution of AI-driven products and services tailored for the financial industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. An individual coming from a financial and trading platform experience with Product Manager experience working on a project end to end is desirable. Further with strong communication, and strong analytical skills on how to tailor-made solutions into how to target and financial market products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products in the financial industry.
• Drive large product programmes and lead stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Business, Tech Teams) in the product development process: from Product Discovery, Refinement, and Development through to shipping & release.
• You will be able to drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner Interview and interact with customers to build empathy, ensuring that their needs are met.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and machine learning technologies into financial products and services. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced functionality, security, and user experience.
• Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Break down complex problems into actionable tasks, manage the product backlog, and drive sprint planning and execution.
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies. Develop product messaging, documentation, and training materials to support sales and customer success teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience (Platform & Institutional)  or equivalent in both Financial industry / Banking and Assets Management / AI is highly preferred.
• Familiar with technical knowledge on Java、Ruby、Python、HTML、#C, mobile apps is preferred.
• Good knowledge and practice experience with end-to-end product development lifecycle and methodologies, including business analysis, architecture, software development and operations.
• Pro-active, analytical, self-managing and data-driven work style with strong ownership presence.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiar with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and driving positive change through technology.
• Good command of English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is a huge plus;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
