Job Overview:

As a Product Marketing & Video Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting product marketing initiatives with a strong focus on execution. Approximately 80% of your role will involve assisting with product marketing tasks, and 20% will focus on basic video editing and content creation for social media and events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is skilled at handling both marketing execution and basic multimedia production, with a particular focus on the Mainland China market.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing

  • Assist in the execution of product marketing strategies, including campaign management, promotional activities, and product launch coordination.
  • Create and update marketing materials such as posters, brochures, presentations, and digital content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to support product positioning and update product-related information across platforms.
  • Support internal communication by drafting memos, notices, and promotional materials for product announcements.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles targeting the Mainland China market and audience to tailor campaigns effectively.

Video Editing and Content Creation

  • Edit raw footage into engaging video content for social media, events, and internal presentations.
  • Add subtitles, background music, and simple motion graphics to enhance video quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop video concepts that align with branding and campaign goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video projects with consistent quality.
  • Stay informed of video trends and best practices for social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or multimedia support role.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools (subtitling, soundtracks, simple transitions).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles for the Mainland China market and audience.
  • Fluency in Mandarin with very good verbal and written skills, and proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and creative tools like Keynote.
  • A creative and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
