Product Officer

Job Description:

• Assist in the development of new products, focusing on technical tasks such as CAD drawing and 3D modelling.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance checks to ensure products meet stringent company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to address technical inquiries and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to brainstorm and implement innovative product solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, development processes, and technical documentation.
• Handle technical paperwork and administrative tasks, ensuring all documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Perform ad hoc technical tasks as required to support the team.
• Travel to China for supplier visits and product inspections as needed.

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above.
• Proven experience in product development or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modelling tools.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing and design principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Excellent technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and technically.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple technical tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to travel to China as needed.
