Product Specialist 交付專員

Location: Tsuen Wan / Tai Wai / Yau Tong

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments,
• Tailor new owner orientations to the individual customer’s needs
• Provide on-site briefing to clients on effective usage of technology tools
• Assist in improving the customer journey, as well as back-end processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2+ experience in customer service field, automotive experience preferred
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, strong time management skill
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua & Cantonese)
• Fresh-grads are also welcomed
