Product Specialist (5 Days Work)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Develop, plan, implement, and monitor effective strategies for marketing tasks and events to promote products, expand the markets and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
2. Stay informed about product and marketing knowledge, gather market intelligence, define competitive differentiation, and support sales teams in product positioning. Drive marketing plan direction and tasks/events.
3. Research and identify current and future market demand, trends, and potential customers for specific products/applications to enhance market penetration and drive business expansion.
4. Attend regular Sales Department meetings to gather frontline information, make recommendations, and provide updates on supplier products.
5. Maintain close communication with suppliers for regular product updates and explore new business development opportunities and collaborations.
6. Collaborate with Sales Department and other related teams to achieve company plans and projects.
7. Manage assigned key products and responsibilities related to the overall business plan.
8. Provide presentations, demonstrations, and product expertise support to potential customers.
9. Offer regular product updates, training, and support to sales teams.
10. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key client accounts.
11. Occasionally assist the Sales Team in conducting fieldwork to promote products to customers.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in science or related disciplines.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, research, laboratory work, technical roles, or applications relevant to the Life Science industry.
• Demonstrate a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be highly self-motivated.
• Exhibit excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Have high proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
