Join Our Creative Team as a Project Administrator!

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Administrator who wants to be part of a dynamic interior design team. If you have a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing and procurement of interior materials and products.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors to coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation to support project workflows.
  • Provide essential support to ensure projects progress smoothly and clients receive outstanding service and results.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Candidates with experience in administration, secretarial roles, project management, or interior design will have an advantage.
  • Positive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive individuals.
  • Knowledge or interest in interior design is a definite plus!
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed!
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva is highly valued and will set you apart!
