Project Assistant (Web Solution)

About the role

As a Project Assistant (Web Solution) at TOGO Pacific Limited , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of web-based solutions for our clients. This full-time position is based in Kwun Tong District, and offers opportunities for you to grow your skills in the Information Technology industry.

Job Description:
- Assist the project management team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring web-based projects
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Gather and document project requirements from clients
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve web-based solutions
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues during the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist with the deployment and implementation of web-based solutions

Requirements:
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Customer and result-oriented with a strong business sense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese and English 
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience are welcome
