Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and provide secretarial and administrative support to project teams of the Project Development and Management Department, including coordination on meeting schedules, manage appointments, daily operational tasks, travel arrangements and expenses.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain an organized filing system.
- Perform behind-the-scenes tasks of projects, including organizing files and preparing documents, reports and presentation materials.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications and correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree, preferably a Bachelor’s degree, and/or with proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably on property development projects.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Able to work independently and willing to take up responsibilities;
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all communications and materials;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
