Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, executing and monitoring to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
• Provide assistance on requirements gathering, regular project status update, issue identifying and addressing
• Maintain project documentation, such as requirements, project schedule, status reports and meeting minutes to ensure timely updates and archiving of all project documents for easy reference and review
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, development, and quality assurance, to coordinate and align project activities and effective communication
• Manage multiple ad hoc tasks simultaneously while maintaining smooth project progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information System and Technology or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or support roles
• Demonstrates responsible, attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to build positive working relationships
• Immediate availability is a high priority
