You'll be responsible for…

• Responsible as the key person for project scheduling and resource allocation
• Collect and document project requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations
• Act as a key contact point and collaborate with technical team, design team and clients for product/service designs, implementation and launch
• Prepare documents for the whole project implementation, such as Requirement Specification, Timeline, Wireframe, Test Plan, etc
• Provide onsite support, including designing solutions, installation, and maintenance.
• Follow up closely on project progress and make necessary adjustment when needed
• Execute and maintain test plan and test data to ensure defect-free final products
• Provide support and advisory service to clients

Right fit if you are…

• Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
• With minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in Project Management
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Project Executive
• Mature, initiative, results-oriented with good project management and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with creativity and commercial awareness
• Be creative and proactive, with details mindset
• Willing to share knowledges and experiences to subordinates
• Abilities to lead a team, inspire and uplift subordinates work quality
