Project Finance Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities
 

• Leading a dedicated team to manage project financial management and contractual matters of the Group for Hong Kong, PRC and overseas projects;
• Perform management/financial reporting, business analysis, and budgetary control;
• Assist in deliver operational KPI and liaise with internal project managers and report to top management on a timely, accurate and efficient manner;
• Coordinate on the contractual matters of the Group;
• Acting as system administrator to supervise and implement a Project Information Management System;
• Driving internal process efficiency and ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered to;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirements
 

• Qualified accountant, degree holder of Accounting discipline or equivalent;
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience;
• Excellent in excel spreadsheet for analytical purposes;
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well organized and self-motivated, willing to work independently and under pressure;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage;
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
