Project Manager / Assistant Engineer (Building Services, E&M)

What you’ll be doing?
 

• Reporting to the Director of Projects on all project management within budget and achieve standards of quality
• Manage the projects on schedule and monitor the works quality
• Lead Electrical and Mechanical system design to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirements
• Design of hospital/medical facilities;
• Installation of engineered systems;
• Inspection, cleaning and disinfection ducts of ventilation.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors

Who are we looking for?
 

• Degree/ Higher diploma or IVE above in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years solid site working experience at E&M services installation, preferably with experience in material handling.
• Familiar with AutoCAD applications, have BIM projects experience is an advantage.
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills and proactive.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.
