Job duties

  • Manage overall project execution and budget control
  • Coordinate consultants and vendors for timely and cost-effective execution
  • Provide supplementary drawings and specifications to facilitate construction
  • Develop new designs and source new products to improve user experience
  • Develop company standards for design and construction
  • Coordinate facility/property upgrades and maintenance

What we look for

A responsible and organized team player with:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in interior design / building studies or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retails or residential;
  • Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out;
  • Have ability to understand construction drawing;
  • Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy;
  • Good communication and site management skills;
  • Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
