Job duties
- Manage overall project execution and budget control
- Coordinate consultants and vendors for timely and cost-effective execution
- Provide supplementary drawings and specifications to facilitate construction
- Develop new designs and source new products to improve user experience
- Develop company standards for design and construction
- Coordinate facility/property upgrades and maintenance
What we look for
A responsible and organized team player with:
- Diploma / Degree holder in interior design / building studies or equivalent;
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retails or residential;
- Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out;
- Have ability to understand construction drawing;
- Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy;
- Good communication and site management skills;
- Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Immediate available is preferred;
