Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Team
• Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
• Manage the delivery of sub-contractors and workmanship at site
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress
• Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site
• Handle necessary documentation with relevant stakeholders to facilitate project execution

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent. Qualifications in LEED/ BEAM Pro or equivalent will be an advantage
• Over 7 years’ relevant experience in high-end interior contracting field, with proven achievements in managing large-scale residential, hotel & retail projects
• Experience in coordination with PRC factories, progress/ quality management is preferred
• Proficiency in the software of MS Project/ Procore/ AutoCAD and P6 is also a plus.
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
• Strong problem-solving, project planning/ management skills
• Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded
• Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
• Immediately availability will be a definite bonus
