Project Manager (IT Industry)

Job Description

We are looking for Project Manager to join us in order to support our rapid business expansion.

The Role

• Manage project schedule, budget, risk and deliverable;
• Perform business analysis and feasibility study for new initiatives;
• Work closely to clients to identify their needs and propose solution to meet their need;
• Work closely with project team in project management, new business implementation or technology enhancement of IT systems and solutions for clients;
• Manage resources from internal teams and external vendors;
• Contribute to continual improvement of the work process to better serve the client;
• Ensure the business requirements are met and timely delivery of projects;
• Collaborate with and provide clear requirements to the offshore team, ensuring tasks are well-defined, progress is monitored, and deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations;
• Prepare project documentation and conduct quality assurance when necessary;
• Participate in pitching and pre-sales activities.

We are looking for candidate with

• Bachelor Degree in Business, IT or related discipline;
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in project management;
• Experience in a digital agency and/or IT consultancy is necessary;
• Strong track record in web and mobile project management;
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills;
• Deadline-sensitive and able to work independently, positive, responsible and good team player;
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus;
• Immediately available is highly preferred
