We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our Project Management and Provisioning team. In this role, you will lead and manage Cloud related projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance cloud transformation journey for our clients, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with global cloud vendors like Microsoft. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project success, from initial planning through to execution and completion, ensuring that all objectives are met and that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Planning and controlling all phases of IT projects, including preparation and feasibility studies, procurement, implementation, user acceptance testing, system nursing, and maintenance
• Scheduling and assigning duties to project team members
• Managing day-to-day project activities and meetings
• Providing customer engagement, resource management, vendor management, risk management, and quality control
• Completing tasks with effective time management, priority measurement, and escalation judgment
• Delivering related project documents to customers
• Establishing procedures and performance measurements to monitor technical accomplishments and project progress
• Developing project management plans and quality control parameters
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience
• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) / PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) / PRINCE2 practitioner / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is a must
• Holder of professional certifications such as ITIL, MCSE would be a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure is an advantage
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
