Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall project management including tendering, budgetary planning, negotiation to execution, quality control, monitor safety issues and site progress
- Manage and review the on-going projects to ensure the key performance goals and timelines are met
- Supervise the project team members, collaborate and liaise with relevant parties to oversee and ensure site works are in compliance with contractual specifications and drawings
- Other ad-hoc assignments as instructed
Requirements:
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related
- Chartered membership of HKIE / HKIS / HKICM or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Civil or Construction sector
- Advanced competencies of organizational, time management, multi-tasking skills across multiple projects equipped with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
