Project Manager

DB Results is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team to help drive the implementation & integration with our client's internal and external systems. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall successful project delivery on schedule and within budget

• Lead large scale system implementation projects from project initiation to project rollout

• Lead teams composing of onshore and offshore resources and multiple sub teams

• Define and execute disciplined project governance including project planning and tracking, risk, issues and change management

• Provide guidance to the team to overcome challenges and complete the project milestones

• Develop client relationship to gain trust and resolve client issues

• Provide project status report to senior client stake holder

• Lead project steering committee meeting

• Maintain communication with client-side senior stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to develop new business

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other related discipline

• 3+ years of experiences in project management delivery, with the ability to manage and deliver solution on time

• Excellent communication skill, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills , could proactively coordinate internal& external resource to achieve project goals

• Strong stakeholder management, scope negotiation skills and project risk management skills

• Familiarity with agile methodologies

• Willing to learn, strong problem-solving skills, can-do attitude

• Ability to work in multi-cultural team and fast-peace environment
