Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Services Manager/Senior Services Manager

Responsibilities :

-   Budgets reviewing and controlling to meet the targets;

-   Cost calculation and design of the tender price;

-   Responsible for the daily business activities of the company;

-   Maintain customer relationships and expand customer network;

-   Prepare monthly reports including revenue reports and report to General Manager;

-   Implement budget-related monitoring policies and assessment criteria;

-   Supervising the workflow of the engineers.

Requirements:

-   Degree holder or above in in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.

-   4 years or above in same industry with managerial experiences is MUST

-    Proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, good communication skills and good team player;

-  Immediately available is an advantage ;

-  Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
