Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiations, and subcontractor/supplier agreements;
• Prepare sub-contract budgets, cost estimates, final accounts, variation order valuations, measurements & other quantity surveying practices;
• Liaise with external and internal parties on contractual matters;
• Collaborate with senior QS staff to solve problems and ensure project success.
• Work location: Based on the assigned project.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration for building or multi-disciplinary MEP projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, tender processes, and commercial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in using relevant quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Experience in Mic projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in NEC Option C contracts is advantageous.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor position.
