Project Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Explore, identify and develop new and potential clients / relationships to achieve business targets
• Prepare project sales proposal and presentation to clients
• Coordinate closely with internal departments
• Keep track of the project status to ensure on-time completion
• Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key customers, particularly architects and developers
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• 2 years' sales manager experience in project management
• Experiences to go through the whole process of Project sales from tender process, interview, project presentation until to the management of the success project.
• With business sales target in previous work experiences, budgeting and proactively to achieve the budget.
• Strong network with architects, developers and main contractors will be an advantage
• Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded
• Able to work independently, good team player
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
