职位描述

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager / Project Director to prepare action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all project stakeholders and participants
  • Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaise with Pre-sales and clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign and schedule work tasks to internal team members
  • Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Maintain the project documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Together with such other duties (commensurate with their position and experience) as the company may assign from time to time

Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Handling service inquiries from customers
  • Administering new and renewal maintenance contract sales activities
  • Liaising with vendor' service centres for warranty claims, technical support and / or service schedules.
  • Preparing the corresponding maintenance contracts
  • Coordinating the work schedules for the service team
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required

Project Coordinator Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in IT and Engineering
  • IT or related disciplines Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT industry, preferable with Audio Visual/ Video Conference/Networking background
  • Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with differene parties
  • Highly organised and able to multitask
  • Proficient in computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint & AutoCAD
  • More experience will be promoted to be Assistant Project Manager
  • Less-experienced or Fresh Graduates will be considered as a Project Assistant
  • Immediately available is preferred

Service Coordinator Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years relevant working experience in related fields
  • Good knowledge of contract fundamentals
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
  • Superior command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner and interested in dealing with people
  • Self-motivated, independent, well organized, detail orientated and able to work under pressure
  • Relevant working experience in I Sales / Marketing and Customer Service is preferred
