Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational duties for Estate Management for retail complex and group property portfolio.
• Responsible for general administrative duties, including reports preparation, documentation procedures and general enquiries handling, etc.
• Monitor the day-to-day operation for cleaning and security.
• Assist in management fee and rental collection control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated and independent with sense of responsibilities.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
• Working hours: Five days in a week.
