PROPERTY OFFICER/ ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER (MONGKOK)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and operation of the development
• Deliver quality services
• Provide customer services and handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements: 

• Degree or Diploma holder in Housing Management or related discipline
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services in property management
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related Ordinances
• Proven experience in managing luxurious residential properties is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Willing to take initiative and meet challenges and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience or without Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
