Project Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating building repair and maintenance works or asset enhancement projects for a private property portfolio.
  • Assist in project administration among the owners, consultants, and contractors from inception to completion, including the tender process for project-related procurement.
  • Attend project meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure the cost, time, and quality of the projects comply with users’ requirements.
  • Assist in preparing the defect list upon project completion, and follow up on the defect rectification with contractors.
  • Perform any tasks or projects as assigned to support the company.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Architectural Studies / Facilities Management / Property Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience preferably in coordinating building repair and maintenance works or asset enhancement projects.
  • Familiar with the building regulations and related statutory procedures.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player with the eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to accomplish the assigned tasks.
  • Good PC knowledge of Microsoft applications, AutoCAD, and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
