Purchasing Clerk

Fed-Supremetech Limited (FSL) was established since 1985 and has become a leading manufacturer specializing in power, distribution, and specialty transformers.  We are the Joint Venture of Schneider Electric.  With a strong presence and expanding business in Hong Kong, we are now seeking a passionate Purchasing Clerk to join our Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in managing purchase order (PO) processing, monitoring PO status, and liaising with suppliers.
• Maintain communication with suppliers regarding quotations and monitor PO delivery status.
• Manage and organize POs, Goods Receipts, invoices, and related documentation.
• Support logistics operations by coordinating with warehouses and forwarders.
• Identify and source new products and suppliers.
• Assist in price negotiations.

Job Requirements

• HKCEE/DSE & above.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP is a plus.
• Good communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and general PC skills.
