Job Responsibilities
• Team Management: Lead, train and motivate the sales team to enhance the team's professionalism and combat effectiveness.
• Goal-setting: Develop sales goals and strategies based on market conditions to ensure that the goals are achieved.
• Business guidance: guide sales representatives to carry out their work and assist in solving complex sales problems.
• Market analysis: analyze the market and competitors in depth, adjust the sales program.
• Customer Maintenance: Maintain important customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
• Experienced: more than 3 years of real estate sales experience, more than 2 years of management experience.
• Outstanding ability: excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Excellent performance: with outstanding sales performance and team management results.
• Solid knowledge: familiar with real estate market and sales process.
