Responsibilities:
Perform general receptionist duties include handling incoming calls, answering enquiries, greeting clients and mailing & courier arrangement
Handle office and equipment maintenance, order stationery & office supplies
Liaise with vendors/suppliers and prepare payment invoices to supplies
Perform clerical support and HR administrative work
Arrange and monitor Office Assistant daily work tasks
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
F.5 or above;
At least 1 years relevant working experience;
Energetic, independent, self-confident and well organized;
Be a good team player with good communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Words) and Chinese Word Processing

處理一般接待員職務,包括接聽來電,回答客戶查詢,款待來賓,安排郵寄及速遞服務
負責安排公司儀器保養及維修,盤點及訂購文儀用品及印刷品
取得有關供應商之聯繫,保持溝通及索取最新資訊,安排訂購後付款
負責文書相關工作,及處理部份人力資源部行政工作
安排及檢視辦公室助理員日常工作
有需時要處理特別項目
入職要求
中五或以上學歷
1年或以上相關工作經驗
積極、具獨立處事能力、有自信及良好組織能力
擁有良好人際交往能力、溝通能力
良好中、英文書寫及會話
熟悉電腦操作(Excel & Words),必須懂得中文打字(倉頡、速成)及文書處理
即時上班,優先考慮
Location: Kwun Tong
Working hours: 5 days work 9:00am - 6:00pm
Benefit: Bank Holidays, Annual Leave, Year-end Bonus
