Duties:
- Provide quality customer service to patients and clients at the centre.
- Manage daily administrative duties including client appointment booking, registration, record keeping, handling client enquiries, promotion, marketing and other relevant tasks guided by physiotherapy staff.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports of attendance and revenue.
- Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance including stock taking and procurement process.
- Relieve duties of other supporting/administrative staff if necessary.
- Work out of campus and outside normal office hours could be possible due to specific operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
*Employees are required to work 39 hours per week. Shift work is necessary to support the centre’s operation hours from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
*Working on Saturday mornings on alternate basis may be required.
Appointment Criteria:
- Five passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including English language, Chinese language and mathematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Command of Putonghua would be an advantage.
Preferred attributes:
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, organization and customer service skills;
- Possess pleasant, mature, initiative and responsible character with enthusiasm in direct client service and care.
