Job Duties:
- Greeting visitors
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Managing meeting room availability
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or related disciplines with minimum 2 years' working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with positive attitude
- Well organized and able to work independently and efficiently
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
