Regional Sales for Customized Sports Apparel (distributor management)

Job Title: Regional Sales Representative for Custom Sports Apparel

Location: Virtual office (home office)

Note: The sales representative shall act as an independent sales consultant, not as an employee of Lever Style

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative to cover the Hong Kong Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our custom cycling, triathlon, and running apparel to prospective clubs, teams, federations, races, corporate, schools, charities, and retailers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a deep understanding of the custom sports apparel market and a strong network of contacts in the industry.

Responsibilities: 

• Promote and sell Champion System custom sports apparel to prospective clients in various industries, including but not limited to, clubs, teams, federations, races, corporate, schools, charities, and retailers. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
• Exceed monthly and annual sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products. 
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the custom sports apparel industry.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry events to promote the company and develop new business opportunities. 
• Build and maintain brand’s social media presence, leading creative and execution.
• Report sales activity and customer feedback to management.

Requirements: 

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the sports apparel industry. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
• Passion for the sports apparel industry and a deep understanding of its various markets.
• Duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction where it is organized.
