現在為粉嶺第11區興建的新界東文化中心建造工程項目招聘以下駐地盤員工 (合約編號 SS L509):

駐地盤建築師
Resident Architect (Ref. JD_18079RA)

駐地盤建築師的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

• 香港建築師學會（HKIA）的正式會員或資深會員或註冊建築師；
  Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect;
   
• 在取得以上資格後具備三年或以上有關建築工作經驗；
  At least 3 years ’post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture).
   
• 擁有職業安全與健康或建築安全的學士學位︑證書︑專業文憑或高級文憑｡
  Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety.

駐地盤建築師必須根據建築署所發出的最新《建築及相關顧問選委員會(AACSB)手冊》執行其職務及責任。
The Resident Architect shall provide the duties and responsibilities in accordance to the latest “Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board (AACSB) Handbook” issued by the Architectural Services Department.

僱傭合約期為48個月，可即時返工優先考慮，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 48 months commencing immediately with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
