Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff for the project of CMI Data Centre at Junction of TsungTau Ha Road and Kwei Tei Street, Shatin, New Territories, S.T.T.L. No. 613:

Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (RACOW)
駐地盤助理工程監督

Minimum qualifications:

1. A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies, construction management or related discipline from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications; 

2. 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience with/ 1 year’ relevant experience in data center or equivalent in similar projects / facilities as RACOW;

3. Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent; 

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

4. Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety.

1. 必須持有香港理工學院／香港理工大學／香港科技學院／香港工業學院／香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等或以上學歷；以及；

2. 在取得有關資格後，具有三年相關工作經驗，包括㇐年數據中心相關的駐地盤助理工程監督經驗或近似的項目/設施的同等經驗；以及；

3. 及在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科達到第二級*或以上成績或同等學歷；

[註* 2007 年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程㇠)所考獲的E 級成績亦接受等同於2007 年後的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科所考獲的第二級成績。]

4. 持有職業安全健康或建築安全的學位，證書，文憑或高級文憑  

General Note:

• Closing date for application: 31 December 2024.
• The tentative commencement date of employment will be in January 2025.
• The tentative employment period will be around 18 months, subject to be extended.

備註：

• 截止申請日期是二零二四年十二月三十日。
• 合約期暫定由二零二五年一月開始。
• 預計合約期約為十八個月。
