現為 “第二批 「簡約公屋」的設計和建設項目工程項目(合約編號: SS N516)”招聘以下駐地盤員工。駐地盤員工實際之工作地點將為馬鞍山及5間空置校舍用地。

We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the " Design & Construction of Light Public Housing Projects - Batch 2 (Contract No.: SS N516)” at Ma On Shan and 5 Vacant School Premises: -

Resident Assistant Clerk of Works

駐地盤助理工程監督的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Assistant Clerk of Works shall be as follows:

申請人持有由香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書或同等資格 / 工程資格；

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications;

香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲2*級或以上成績或同等學歷；

Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;

[＊備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)中取獲E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲二等成績。]

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

在取得以上資格後具備3年相關之工作經驗 / 5年相關經驗包括1年在公共工程項目中擔任駐地盤屋宇監工/ 3年相關經驗包括1年在公共工程項目或於『顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊』的第 4.5.2 節所列的工程項目中擔任駐地盤一級監工或相等職位的相關經驗。

3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as RWS or equivalent in Building discipline in public works / 3 years’ relevant experience inclusive of 1 year relevant experience as RWSI or equivalent in Building discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

持有職業安全及健康或工業安全的學位、證書、文憑或高級證書尤佳

Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety is preferred.

僱傭合約期暫定為13個月，由二零二五四年一月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 13 months commencing from January 2025 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
