Resident Senior Clerk of Works (Ref. JD_22080RSCOW)

We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the Residential Development at 269 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong: -

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Senior Clerk of Works shall be as follows:

 

(a)  Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications;

 

(b)   13 years’ relevant post-qualification experience/ 5 years’ relevant experience as RCOW or equivalent, experience in residential project would be an advantage;

(c)   Minimum qualifications and experience required for Grade ‘T3’ of TAP-TCP;

 

(d)   Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent;

 

 [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

 

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 30 months commencing from December 2024 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
