Resident Works Supervisor

Design and Construction Project for Housing Authority Public Housing Development at Tuen Mun Area

Duties

The Works Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of construction works assigned to him  and assist Project RCOW as per the Site Inspection Guides DASM issued by the Housing Department.   The tentative employment period will be about 36 months  and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in March 2025.

Candidates should have-

• a Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polyltechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;
• at least 3 years relevant experience in site supervision  in building works;
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in Chinese Language and English Language and  in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
