Retail Manager (Luxury)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire retail teams across all stores in Hong Kong to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective retail strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth across all locations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and inventory management to optimize operations in each store.
• Train, mentor, and develop store managers and staff to enhance their skills and promote career growth within the company.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance across all locations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience throughout the brand’s retail network.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for all stores.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan promotions and events that elevate the brand’s presence in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, with a preference for multi-store management in the luxury sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
