Retail Manager, Vet Boutique

Responsibility includes but not limited to:

• Oversee and manage retail store operation and a online e-platform
• Plan and execute sales strategies and action plans for achieving business goals and sales target of retail store
• Manage the sales team including setting performance objectives, providing training and performance evaluation
• Actively seek new sales opportunities, identify potential customers and create sales proposals
• Assist with inventory, including receiving, moving and stocking merchandise
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports on market performance, customer feedback, and sales forecasts
• Provide e-commerce strategies and plan to meet sales target and maximize ROI
• Create and manage SEO/ SEM campaigns to meet target customers and increase traffic
• Organise and coordinate marketing roadshows and pet events
• Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedback
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in retail industry and marketing field
• Preferably understanding of social media trends, digital advertising, and analytics
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI
• Strong organizing and leadership skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
