职位描述
- General Sales order process including preparation of invoices and quotations, follow up of sales enquires, customer survey and sales related activities.
- Liaise with customers and work closely with internal departments to follow up order
- Update the order status in the system and maintain the database
- Develop relationship with our customers
- Provide administrative and operational support to oversea sales agents
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree holder in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service field is preferred, with less experience will also be considered
- Detail-orientated, decision-making skill, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and be good team player.
- Good command in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel)
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
